don't shoot me down here but as anyone thought that perhaps its a legitimate reason to hold drilling, all i have seen on the news lately is Somalia, pirates etc. I think some people have too much time on their hands and their imagination runs away.
Everything needs to be in place to ensure security to enable the best possible safety conditions for contractors, lets face it if they just roll the drill in and something serious happened, then how long would delays be.
I agree the future is now uncertain financially and is certain to be some major dilution due to a low sp, i am keeping my remaining stock, its not even worth selling at these levels 20c to zilch oh well.
