I wonder if anyone is contemplating a class action against Good ol Reggie Boy, “The Admiral”, and his motley crew of incompetents?
There must be a basis, especially for the last share offer based on binding finance inaccuracies given, but probably no appetite as protracted and very limited payout of cents in the dollar.
I’d be ok with directors to lose some personal assets here as I’m sure many on here have had more skin in the game the good ol Reg and the rest of the muppets.
I wonder if anyone is contemplating a class action against Good...
