Excellent post. Only thing I’ll add is CNE gonna be fizzing. In a desperate bid for survival, Far has just landed CNE with 48% of cash calls. CNE is a minnow too. Could FAR’s selfish incompetence drag em down too? Could CNE pull the same stunt with Woody? A 6 month payment holiday at 2% over libor? Could Far and CNE be coordinating this strategy to force Woody back to the lease option? After all Far and CNE were in bed together with that data room? When you’re desperate you’ll try anything. Hopefully Woody can afford to be firm with these chancers.
