This is just another quick fix by Rudd so he can get to the next election this year without having to continually deal with the "refugee" problem that he created.
Do not forget this is only a 12 month agreement and after the 12 months it will be reviewed by both Australia and PNG.
That can mean anything from totally shelving the agreement to continuing with it.
It buys Rudd breathing space.
I expect the do gooder Legal fraternity will be all over this and us Taxpayers will pay and pay.
As regards the Rioters on Nauru they should never be granted entry to Australia - who wants that sort of rabble?
They may well be frustrated but they have now overstepped the line .
