Thought I read where all Crown owned land, whatever the State Department, that the mining licence had already been granted. Also read where the protestors want that decision reversed but I doubt it would as both Fed and State Governments strongly support critical mineral development. The only immediate problem is access through Shellys land but I do think that will be resolved eventually.
