I'd be careful for anyone reading too much into his sell signal as Slim said multiple times he wants to buy after land access is formally granted so he is incentivised with a lower share price now so when land access is announced, he can buy cheaply.
TMG have not confirmed which land they have purchased yet, so could be the blue one, could be that little gap north of the deposit on the fault, or could be the purple. They did mention however it was "along the WCC strike"
