Just knowing that the time and effort I put into the research is appreciated is enough, and the fact that I don't currently hold the stock shouldn't imply I'm posting with any ill intent, as a few others have suggested.
As for timing my buy-in, if I do see any cracks starting to appear, so to speak, with the people opposing TMG's exploration, then I will consider it. If land access does happen, I think it will be random and out of the blue, so I'm not too worried.
