I may have a situation where I may place a transportable bedroom on a property. This will be rented out. As an example if all up the cost was $25k , and rented for $200 a week anyone know if the whole amount can be written off in 1 tax year?
rent is taxable etc.
Then if in say 4 years was sold to the tenant for $1k (i assume its taxable)
