John is largely correct..god was created to allow the approx 65% of all humans to find a solid morality/character stop they could apply to their life.....and have a better one as a result.
65% of us all only have a sliding stop morality.......civilization would never have survived to industrialisation with such a large cohort of garden variety psychopaths surrounding the other good, hard stop and characterful 35% that remains.
Today these lower 65% humans no longer feel the need to apply themselves to such trivial matters and are free to follow their sliding stops in whatever direction suits their personal gain and proclivity/theme's..
Hence why Labor is now a cult....the greens also....these two 'cults' are almost excursively filled with the psychopathic 65%....they have nowhere else to go in this country.
if there was a far right political 'cult' in this country it would get populated by labor and greens defectors......there is no politics only behaviour.
Anyway yes we are a mess....the biggest psychotic and sociopathic and psychopathic mess on the face of 1st world earth.
Catch 22 is the sliding stop people who actually need as humans.... good religion to find their hard stop morality cannot see this so will hang from cults, themes and generally be the community's wrecking crew, divorces, abuses everywhere and all and sundry......the whole lower order across the societal board is ONLY these 65% cohort people....some do follow follow good religion so do emulate good morality, some are in jails...some are incapable of any of it due to their intelligence either way
Thank goodness we now have strong laws to keep the psychopaths in the street at bay of all those that could easily identify them in everyday life, so refuse to associate personally......this skill needs to be taught to every single kid in school at least 4 semesters of it....behavioral psychology......without some understanding of this too many of the 35% get hurt for the simple enjoyment and personal gain of the 65%.
