Its what I have said all along. Its more a poorly run investment company than an exploration company.
Management using our money to speculate on other company's projects outside of MZM control, rather than getting off their bums and using their "expertise" to target the dollars where it can be most effective.
To top it off we are being asked to reward management with options that have a strike price structured to provide further incentives to management if they can achieve a lower share price leading the AGM. Share holders must lose so management can benefit from increased reward ... who came up with that?
