look ... i am most sympathetic to Phil.
Firstly he has suffered a major loss thanks to Opes. Blumberg did not warm him.
Secondly I can understand his reluctance to issue news on contracts while 125m shares are in limbo. News will do nothing to the shareprice until the court case is resolved.
RLL and demerger issues are in the hands of the ATO. What can Phil really do?
My depression stems from Opes. They and a lack of action by ASIC and ASX have killed so many stocks. Just read Mondays AFR and you will get an appreciate on the failure of ASX to protect shareholders and Opes clients.
