The article points out that BHP's shale liquids wells produce a lot of gas and then says this ties them into low gas prices .
It also states BHP's acreage is good .
If companies with lesser acreage stop producing light tight oil , then there will be less associate gas to dispose of and onshore gas prices will rise .
Good for BHP , not so good for LNG .
I think long term availability of cheap U.S. onshore gas is one of the biggest concerns for many LNG Ltd investors .
Let's see how many of those countries which were grandstanding in Paris a month ago close coal power stations and replace them with gas .
