If Lange is going to make further aquisitions he is going to have to raise cash. ATM he would be lucky to get any instos at 20 cents after burning their fingers at 95. He could do so much more publicity wise but doesn't. He should report EVERY job over say $2m and if he is going to reach this year target, there has to be a few of them
