what cap raising?

there will be no cap raising until the price goes back to $1, they have not debt so i recon they should borrow rather than dilute.

a capital structure is not efficient without debt, i think if there is more growth it will come from debt not equity.

if NMS can generate $8m-$10m in cash profit they could support debt of $50m-$100m with no problem. if NMS is making EBIT margins of 20% plus they should borrow all they can even at 10% because its still EPS accreditive and will give us equity holders a bigger bang for our buck.

im disappointed to see the price where it is but i recon we are seeing some wash sales due to tax. once that over the price will be stronger.
