The Income statment for 6months to 2007 states that GP ratio is around 50%. This is pretty high and normal for service industry, but I wonder how many of the expenses below the line would be recurring? They are what really hurt. Hopefully these aren't linear in respect to revenue earnings. I am particular curious about Employee benefit expenses, but there are a couple of others.
