    chatting to another may help the acute situation

    but when that darkness (call it what you like) comes back

    then that chat prob means very little in the heat of the battle

    a distraction can help, but it cannot be their all the time
    to me it seems to be an addiction (habit) and once started is at times being like a recovering substance (any thing eg repetitive action of any kind: the fall back postilion) user
