First thing is to burn the newspapers, turn of the telly, reduce your exposure to some of your friends who are not in a positive state of mind, and guard what comes into your head,
Have you tried changing your physiology,,,, this means do some form of exercise that you feel comfortable with and enjoy,
While doing some exercise, use incantations, incantations can be anything that makes you feel positive, for example,
Let's say you enjoy walking, while your walking you repeat to yourself over and over again your positive incantation, your incantation could be something like,, I'm a mean green shearing machine, I'm a mean green shearing machine, I'm mean green shearing machine, or something like I am so grateful I met Jason on hc, I am so grateful I met Jason on hc, I am so grateful I met Jason on hc,
What you are effectively doing is you are controlling what your brain is doing not your brain controlling you,
What you focus on is what you get,
Just remember though, you have to word your incantations in the right format, for example,
I'm so grateful for meeting Jason
I'm so grateful for my health
I'm so grateful for my family,
Don't word your incantations like this here,
I'm so grateful I don't have to,,,etc,
In the first week oddle, you will start to change your outlook on life,,,
BTW, just because you change your outlook on life it doesn't mean all the shit things go away, like the protestors etc,
It just means that you've told your brain to dis associate with garbage in life that doesn't empower you,
You to will become a top student in our class at gynaecology,
The biggest difference is, you'll start to have and feel more control over your life and not life controlling you,
