and anybody else who is motivated to visit a dr/naturopath/therapist etc for a chat/check up if you can also enquire about testosterone levels. low testosterone levels in males in particular has been shown to play a huge role in the onset and advancement of depression. and unfortunately a males body starts to produce less and less testosterone as age increases. a simple hormonal check and rebalance if necessary may prevent the ongoing use of pharmaceuticals.
