    What would you do?

    - If you were a farmer in need of a spade, which would you buy? A new spade costing $30, or a second hand spade costing $20 ?

    - As a property investor which would you buy? A new 4 bedroom house on a 300sqr M block of land, or an older 3 bedroom house on a 500sqr M block of land? ...(assume both cost the same)



    New spade and new house -- you're a fool

    Old spade and old house -- a reasonable choice

    Old spade and NO house -- well done. You're very wise.



    This is no time to be buying property. You have been warned.
