I like a man who calls a spade a spade, new or old. :-)
Seriously, just sold our highly leveraged property, made 55% after 3.5 years (though half goes in fees expenses tax etc). Still, tidy profit and a load off my mind in the current world climate I feel much better without that load on my shoulders. Mind you, that means of course property will continue up relentlesly now.
