I had a really low point a few years ago, was I depressed? Technically NO, but probably should have been, had plenty of reasons to be so.
In that position, get of the booze (especially the booze) and drugs, including prescriptions if they've got you on 'em, load up on vitamins, good food, sunshine and excercise.
Turn off the news, and social media tripe.
get back to work, get back on the horse, and get a grip.
