a helpful trick is to keep a pad and write it down...when you get that taste or the dimming of light and colour, write down the day and time....when your in the depths of it , it can be a huge help to see its only been a couple of days or so...can also help in keeping ahold of the fact that you will come out the other end and not that this is how it is
