So Sad...sorry to here about your friend...it's a dark place this world for some and unfortunately some can see no way out but that...

Many others are slowing doing the same thing except over a longer time frame - self medicating with alcohol and drugs.

Be as kind as you can to everyone as no one knows what it's like to walk in their shoes and maybe a kind gesture or words will put them a step closer to a better place.
