I think people take their own life because they cant see any way out of the rut they are in. Yes, I know what its like!
One way out is to realise that there is nothing more you can lose than your own life.
So when you are coming from having no life then anything you do can leave you no worse off!
...so may as well think of a way out of this rut...
...after all got nothing to lose....
