Guys I think the casing and cementing must have taken longer than expected.

But also they will be testing everything, GGP will leave no possible weakness in the system untested here.

Recent history will ensure they are as confident as they can be that all is Kosher, not to mention the Louisiana regulators will be watching them like a hawk.

This will be seen as a test of GGP abilities here for the regulators. GGP (Kindee) has to front the regulators re blowout and convince them they know what they are doing.
