while the prospect of something juicy in se asia is great it is a little frustrating with the horse well project. haven't spent time going thru all the old qtrly, horse well has been kicking around for quite a few years, seems to have always been their plan b project, and they have never committed to doing anything substantial with it, I don't know why.
so, roll on se asia, we are not far off cash value only, with a valuable resource in the ground. other than time-decay/dilution where's the downside?
