    My broker has SBL with 30 buy orders for 23.85 million shares. But 15 million of those are for 0.005 or less.

    They also have 38 sell orders for 15 million shares. Of which 11.5 million are for 0.015 or more.

    Maybe the upbeat ann are being heard but have yet to be translated into the SP.
