These desperado's are obviously trying every trick they have to get ahead....
Just demonstrates even more interest in our LUM.....

LUM will rocket up in the near future, 4TS is in the bag & yes I agree it's just a question of WHEN!! The delay IMO is in our best interests (if we're patient) as it means an optimum deal will be the result.... If LUM/Totius were frantic about getting the deal signed and delivered, we would all be missing out on what could be achieved by further negotiation....
This deal will set a new benchmark for all future deals....let them take their time!
