    It looks to me the 2,750,000 buy at 0.001 is fake or genuine. Does not matter, it just means nothing. So the real buy volume would be only slightly above 2m and the sell volume so far I could see genuine at over 5m.
    No suggestion just do your research. I guess either a CR is near or a push will happen.
