Thats true. Price should be higher.
but there are people controlling the price. People with lots of money . Call it the pros. What i know as an investor, they know , even more. Maybe they want to push share price down so there will be transfer of holding from weak hands to smart ones. So they can buy more.
It is a nice profit from 13 cents to 20 cents but remember there is no guarantee that the price will be higher on relisting.. again depending on test results.
