Rob my understanding is with Comsec and the likes,t3 platforms, one must have a min of $500 before any number of shares may be traded so this person, if with one of these, may sell any amount as long as they still hold the min amount post . Brokers may swap accounts and as longs the amount is the same not even declare they may just put any old figure in, but must be between the same holder and at the same price.
