    No infornation to base it on Niqo. It is based on the gut instinct. The run up to 24.5c was nice at the time but it was not prompted by any operational activity by the company. It is perfectly reasonable to see it sold down in a weaker overall market - perhaps it might lead to some consolidation if the volume is significant enough.
