Jev, your post is a near perfect summary of what David Kenley mentioned to me when we last met... you obviously are extremely well read or keep in contact with the CEO's as much as I do.

In addition, my understanding from David Kenley is that the Barda dollars are specifically to assist the US to ensure there is product available for the mass casualty event BUT not for the circumstance where the US needs massive stockpiles that will go out of date. The ideal is for the products to have the ability to be mass produced at short notice and therefore there is no expense until an event occurs. Chatting with Laurent... Polynovo has this ability and needs no additional technology/production development to move to a model for mass production at short notice...
