Looking at the latest announcement it looks like CZD have 32,764,072 shares available for the cap raising which equals ~$2.1 Million in funds.

The offer will be scaled back once they reach the 2 million mark so I doubt very many people at all will get what they will be asking for.

for example if the ~407 or so holders with 100k + shares are submitting for a further 5k each, there goes the whole subscription. (407*5000 = $2,035,000 order filled)

" Shareholders on Calzada’s register at 5:00 pm (AEST) on the Record Date of 11 June 2013 and whose registered address on the share register is in Australia or New Zealand will be entitled to subscribe for up to $15,000 worth of Calzada shares (subject to any scale back in the event Calzada receives applications in excess of $2 million). "
