Max my bet is the other 53% reckon the S/P is going to go up the shorters obviously think its going to go down and they have been correct over the last few years.

Dont get my wrong I personally would like to see shorting banned and I have never shorted any stock - But until the Funding is finalized and the market doesn't have to guess anymore I can see why the people are predicting further falls on CDU they try and profit from it from going short - I look at the charts for configuration the bottom is in then try to pick a safe entry point to go long.
