Since this stock was $10 back in 2006, over $6 back in 2009, over $4 in 2012, and over $3 last year, I think "they" have managed to do a great job in getting it lower and its pretty clear to where this company has been steered to.

Looking at the weekly chart I can see this potentially going lower than the $1.37 you suggest. Next level of support at $1 at which point I still couldn't say with confidence that this stock was undervalued from a fundamental point of view.
