Where is the confidence to short 1/2m shares coming from?
Information flows would be interesting to map.....
Big boys can afford the best lawyers, to deal with well documented issues, where as ASIC, APRA etc get dregs from stretched tax payer funds.
A Large nation with small population, high govt maintenance costs, constant legal creep contributing to complexity - I can't see this changing any time soon.
The rich simply pack up and move to favourable tax havens singapore, etc....
