I understand the urge to "lighten the load". But maybe you should consider holding if this stock bounces above 10.5c. As it has no barriers from a TA point of view to then reach above 20c. The sentiment just has to change. Your decision of course. But something to think about. Worse case, or maybe its your best case, if it bounces above 10.5c put a stop loss in at that point. You have your worse case scenario covered. You would kick yourself if it made a strong run up above 10.5 c.

As for the DT I dont believe that the recent movement was all about them. But they certainly add to the fun.
