For the Government to announce the $43billion NBN knowing it can't and will not go ahead without Telstra the Government must know something we dont.
That something must be the new CEO of Telstra and i would think the Government has been in major discussions with the new guy before the $43Billion NBN announcement.
My NBN plan, Government buys all the fibre infstructure for(just a guess) $4-$5billion and contribution goes to Telstra With open aesses to all ISP.
