WAAAAAAAAAAAY to much emphasis on DER and the permit imo. It is not a make or break for the company. It's a short term cash source, which is preferrable I agree, to the alternative of raising cash through placement (with a cornerstone most likely) if needed to tie us over. We are talking $500k a month lost earnings from TT, to PLS, which is small change when looking at the overall picture here ($8B in ground resource!?!). Worse case scenario, it stretched for what say 3 months, highly unlikely, equates to lost income of $1.5mill? Issue 30 mill shares at .05
