how many asx listed companies have billion dollar resources still in the ground but have no money to mine it thats the reason why pls is still a penny stock at 5 cents if it cant get the basics right it will never be a big time player and the market will judge accordingly if it gets to june it will be a full 12 months since i held dont think ill wait another quarter ill sell out that my profit buy back in when they get there permits sorted or finance for Pilgangoora has been sorted
