    What's so surprising here? Who's going to buy at 0.8c or more when they can take part in the SPP at 7.2c?

    The only people buying at the moment are those not eligible for the SPP or those who want more than they're likely to be allotted. Of course the price is going to sink to this level until the SPP is done.
