Yes it certainly is a serious offence, but I wonder sometimes the amount of manipulation that goes on in the market?? Look at the sp action yesterday. If I remember correctly one trade at .008 for $2000 and then one at the end of the day at .007 for $280, to finish the price at .007. Then today substantial buying at .008 and then in the closing price auction a sell to bring it down to .007. You have to wonder! Not that it does us any good going on about it, but it makes me think is there something up? The last trade Thursday was an unmarketable parcel for a normal trader. But who knows? I own a few so taking up the full spp wont benefit my average price much, I bought on the Mt Bevan speculation and will wait to see what pans out with that.
