However I can imagine a scenario where such an offer could come. It would require a bunch of things to fall into place and some of them are still playing out but I can't rule it out completely.

Of course it's not a likely outcome and I'd say management would resist any take over bid they could that was on this side of a dollar so I don't see a take over as a likely possibility any time soon.
