spectacular post speculator!
i have had OBL in the past and was able to sell out at the last 'run up' for finally a small profit.
I didn't think this was a positive as for other coys they seem to get agreement without mediation.
Perhaps the native title holders want more than OBL is willing to pay - because they also know it is worth.
