"I spoke to Ian and he said that unless they get a great deal there simply going to borrow not sell stock, but borrow money from a bank being that phase 3 should only be about 25-30 million US dollars".
Comment: "Ian" is " Iain Kirkwood", the Chief Administrative Officer.
Suggest you have a talk with him: I thought that Phase III would cost no more than $15 mill. based on the assumption that patients don't reside at hospitals.
