Unfortunately imo you can have all the law suits you want which will achieve nothing other than put money in useless lawyers pockets. Company officers are subject to Fiduciary Duty, meaning they must act in the best interest of shareholders, I've read many of examples in the US of suing for failure of Fiduciary Duty however in this case those behind it will not be found or brought to justice. I was very close to buying in here. lucky this time... have a look at US stock World Moto, that is the most bazaar failure I've ever seen. Company officers did nothing but lie.
