An extract from my correspondence with the ASX: DFM's half-year report has been outstanding since 31 August 2019. In the event that DFM fails to lodge it's half-year report by 31 August 2020, then it will be automatically removed from the official list pursuant to ASX's long term suspended entity policy before the commencement of trading on 1 September 2020.
We regret that we are unable to assist with your queries about contacting DFM or about its failure to appoint the necessary number of directors. These are both matters that fall outside the scope of ASX's authority under listing rules.
So they will do absolutely nothing and ultimately have no way of stopping frauds!?
