My guess is that DERM will give the go-ahead to CNX to provide sufficient gas for the 5MW plant but not more, at least for now - note that CNX appears to be in no hurry to progress the 25MW plant in any case due apaarently to low electricity prices in Queensland and presumably because of uncertainty concerning the Govts decision re UCG down the track.

And is not Anna Bligh herself on record as saying that tyhe other two trials will be allowed to proceed?
