have emailed Carbon on the question who has to do the collating. Unless I'm missing something it COULD read in the announcement that Carbon have to collate the extra info requested (by April 2012) and then DERM may want to review. Clever wording maybe WHO knows but would make sense given MAY report. So lets say CARBON have to collate by no later than April and then DERM coming out and saying we need time to review which brings us into you know what MAY.
